Step by step planner

  1. Select a date for your wedding ceremony and type of ceremony (civil, church or symbolic).
  2. Book your wedding - fill in our booking form or contact us directly.
  3. We will confirm your wedding date and send you contract.
  4. You will submit booking deposit via secure bank transfer or credit card payment. The booking deposit is 30% of the price, this deposit is non-refundable.
  5. As soon as we will receive signed contract and booking deposit, your personal wedding planner will contact you. She will customize all process, help you plan your wedding procession; select your reception venue, flowers, music etc.
  6. Next payments:
    • 60% is required no later than 30 days prior to the wedding day
    • the balance payment is required no later than 1 day prior to the wedding day
    • for payments in cash you will receive 5% discount (from max. 4.000 EUR)
  7. Latest 6 weeks prior to the wedding day we will require having all legal documents here in Slovakia. Last minute weddings are possible in some cases, with an extra charge.
  8. Arrival to Slovakia must be minimum 3 working days prior to wedding date (for exact day of arrival contact your planner) to finalize legal documents with your wedding planner. The ceremony day overview and final touches will be also clarified.
  9. Your wedding day with non-intrusive, but prompt assistance by your wedding planner.

After the wedding – approximately 3 weeks are required to deliver marriage certificates to your home after the wedding ceremony.
