Price list

Our weddings are built to suit your individual wishes. Price includes basic items necessary for the wedding ceremony. There are no hidden costs; your budget will include actual costs only.

If you need a professional to handle all the details of your wedding, from finding the perfect venue down to locating the right shade of ribbon, you are at the right place. Our planning covers location booking, vendor referral, contract/service negotiation, scheduling, vendor meetings, detailed budget, and point-of-contact throughout the planning process.

Coordinating a wedding can not be without a well thought out plan. After discussing your dreams and desires for your special day, we will put together a comprehensive budget that will be the guide to every decision that is made. Your budget will include actual costs only; there is no surcharge for organisation of your reception, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding activities etc. The stress is alleviated and allows you to enjoy this time of engagement while a professional handles all of the details.

There is no surcharge for organisation of the wedding reception, accommodation or any further services and price doesn’t depend on the number of guests.

Price includes:

  • Assistance in planning your ceremony - personal wedding planner from the day you book your wedding until your wedding day
  • Research in locating venue and vendors that fit your needs and wants for your wedding (vendors include photographer, caterer, florist, DJ, etc.)
  • Consult on wedding etiquette, ceremony traditions, roles and responsibilities, guest list, and seating arrangement
  • Secure hotel accommodations for guests and bridal party
  • Personalized budget and detailed wedding day itinerary
  • Wedding ceremony (civil / church)
  • Wedding day direction - wedding coordinator during your wedding day (up to 5 hours)
  • Ceremony officiator and official ceremony interpreter
  • Official translation of all documents
  • Marriage licence, fees and processing, translation into English
  • Transportation for couple to and from the ceremony (standard car)
  • Organ music for the ceremony
  • 2 Witnesses (if needed)
  • Toast after the ceremony
  • WeddingsInSlovakia Fee incl. work of planner during the whole communication process with the clients (email and phone)
  • Bridal bouquet and buttonhole
  • Shipment of the documents, pictures, video - via Fed Ex or DHL

Price does not include:

  • bank charges (from the total price) 3,5% for credit card payments, 1,5% for bank account transfers
  • surcharge for Sat/Sun ceremonies - 10% of the price
  • any additional documentation (Divorce Certificate, paperwork for nationalities of other than Great Britain, Republic of Ireland, change of name , etc.) – please contact us
  • 2nd wedding planner at the wedding day (more info bellow)

Wedding planner for 5 hours at your wedding day is incl. in the price; each extra hour costs 60 EUR. For weddings of 50 and more guests are required 2 wedding planners. The price for 2 wedding planners is 100 EUR.

Please be reminded that documents required from the clients before the ceremony are not part of the price (except of their translation here), for more information about documents please contact us. Please note that there might be required additional costs for extra paperwork (divorce documents, change of name and paperwork for other nationalities then UK, Irish and British).

In some cases it is necessary to arrange extra paperwork in Slovakia (embassy, ministry, consular office), the cost of these arrangements will be extra charged to the client.

Please note that it is necessary that bride and groom arrive to Slovakia latest on Mon or Wed early in the morning as there must be finalised the paperwork with the local offices (the office hours at most of the offices are on Mon and Wed only).

Payment conditions

Booking deposit is 30% of the price. Booking deposit is non-refundable. Next payments:

  • 30% from the total budget is required 2 months after the booking
  • 30% is required no later than 30 days prior to the wedding day
  • the balance payment is required no later than 1 day prior to the wedding day
  • for payments in cash we provide 5% discount (from max. 4.000 EUR)

Site inspection

Having trouble making a decision and find that time is ticking away? If you are finding yourself a little hesitant in signing that contract, because you're just not sure, why not take a ride with us!

One of our event planners would meet you at your hotel and you would be accompanied. At all venues you would visit the facilities and meet with service providers. We'll offer our experience in working with vendors, as well as our expertise of matching the right vendor for YOUR event. We'll let you know if you're getting a good value and perhaps point out things you might not have seen. By the end of the day, making a decision will be a piece of cake.
